Bevan came to the electricity industry with a background in aeronautical engineering, information systems development, and acoustics, courtesy of 10 years with the Royal New Zealand Air Force and the New Zealand Aluminium Smelter.
Joining PowerNet as a senior Network Assets Engineer in 2012, Bevan spent six years at the customer end of substation design before joining our company in 2018 as a consultant designer of secondary and protection systems.
Bevan has wide experience in solution studies, co-ordination studies, and design of complex secondary and protection systems. Bevan is a Chartered Professional Engineer and a registered International Professional Engineer.
