Joining our company in 2022, Rob is a chartered professional engineer with extensive power system engineering experience across the Asia-Pacific region.
His specialisation is in power system modelling and earthing, with broad skills covering new generation grid connections and their associated commissioning activities (often requiring steady state and transient analysis), and specialised earth testing of substations and related high voltage installations. Rob has recently been appointed to the Common Quality Technical Group with the Electricity Authority, which will review Part 8 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code.
A skilled user of Python, PowerFactory and PSCAD software, Rob also develops tools to automate repetitive tasks.
