The Beginning – Grant Thorburn’s Vision
In 1994, Grant, with his unparalleled foresight, laid the foundation of Niko Engineering Limited (formerly Tesla Consultants). His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence set the stage for what was to become a pioneering force in the industry. Grant’s vision was clear: to create an engineering consulting firm that prioritised excellence above all else.
Establishing a Culture – Richard Moore’s Legacy
As the years went by, Richard took the helm and played a pivotal role in shaping the culture of Niko Engineering. Recognizing the importance of fostering a positive and supportive work environment, Richard established a culture where collaboration and innovation were encouraged. His leadership style and dedication to our core values laid the groundwork for the vibrant and dynamic company culture that we cherish today.
Building on Success – Alan Wallace’s Leadership
Following Richard’s passing, Alan took up the reins and built upon the strong foundation established by his predecessors. Under his leadership, Niko Engineering experienced unprecedented growth and success. Alan’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and resilience has empowered our team to tackle complex challenges head-on and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
